E-COURTS PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Indian Judiciary and in Indian Courts needs rejuvenation. The successful use of e-governance for Indian e-judiciary model requires a techno-legal e-court framework. We need ICT Training and e-courts training for Indian Judicial System as soon as possible. Further, e-courts in India must also be supported by active use of Online Dispuet Resolution (ODR) in India to reduce backlog of cases.

At Perry4Law we specialise in e-courts project formulation, implementation and management. We not only provide the basic framework for the effective establishment and maintenance of e-courts but also implement the same. Implementing a full fledged e-court project is very different from mere computerisation that is usually the limits of most e-courts project. We assist in achieving the next level of e-courts project implementation as till computerisation not much expertise is required.
